End-User License Agreement – QuickBooks Integration

This QuickBooks Online integration is provided by Starlight Networks for authorized internal business use only.

The integration is used to connect Starlight Networks’ QuickBooks Online account with approved internal systems and tools for accounting, billing, reporting, reconciliation, migration, recordkeeping, and related operational purposes.

Use of this integration is limited to authorized Starlight Networks personnel. It is not offered as a public software product or service and is not intended for use by external customers or third parties.

Users must access the integration only for legitimate Starlight Networks business purposes and must follow applicable company policies regarding confidentiality, security, accounting records, customer information, and system access.

QuickBooks Online access is authorized through Intuit’s OAuth process. Access may be revoked at any time by disconnecting the integration from the QuickBooks Online account or by disabling the applicable internal system access.

Starlight Networks may modify, suspend, or discontinue this integration at any time. The integration is provided for internal operational purposes without any guarantee that access will remain uninterrupted or error-free.

Data accessed through the integration may be retained in authorized Starlight Networks systems when necessary for accounting, reporting, reconciliation, migration, legal, compliance, or recordkeeping purposes.

By using this integration, authorized users agree to use it only for approved internal Starlight Networks business purposes.
