Customers may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS messages from this program.

After an opt-out request is processed, no further SMS messages will be sent through the program unless the customer subsequently opts in again.

Customers may reply HELP for assistance or contact Starlight Networks through our normal customer-support channels.

9. Data Protection

Starlight Networks takes reasonable measures to protect customer information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Access to customer SMS information is limited to personnel and service providers who require access for legitimate business or customer-support purposes.
