1. Program Description

Starlight Networks LLC offers optional SMS messaging to existing customers for account, billing, service, and customer-support communications.

Messages may include:

• Billing and payment updates

• Invoice and account-status notifications

• Payment issues or payment follow-up

• Service-related updates

• Customer-support responses and follow-up

• Other non-promotional communications relating to an existing Starlight Networks account or service

Starlight Networks does not use this SMS program for advertising, promotional offers, sales solicitations, lead generation, or marketing.

2. How to Opt In

Existing Starlight Networks customers may voluntarily enroll in SMS communications by texting START to [SMS NUMBER].

After texting START, the customer will receive a confirmation message indicating that they have subscribed to Starlight Networks SMS communications.

Participation in SMS messaging is optional. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or maintaining Starlight Networks products or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies.

Starlight Networks sends messages only as needed for account, billing, service, or customer-support purposes. Some customers may receive messages infrequently.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile plan.

5. Two-Way Messaging

This is a two-way messaging service.

Customers may reply directly to messages sent from Starlight Networks. Replies may be viewed and responded to by authorized Starlight Networks staff.

6. Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further SMS messages will be sent through this program unless you opt in again.

You may re-enroll by texting START to [SMS NUMBER].

Information collected through this SMS program is handled according to the Starlight Networks SMS Privacy Policy:

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
